L&M Investment is a financial group that manages a number of businesses. Started in 1988 with the creation of PruDental Laboratories, the executive team managed to turn a small dental lab into an industry leader, based on the belief that a hard work to provide always the best service and quality will be rewarding at the end. Considered by many as the benchmark in the dental industry, PruDental Laboratories is serving actually around 2000 dental offices in 30 states and created alliances with the largest chains of Oral Hygiene.
PruDental Laboratories is a privately held corporation. The owners are Mr. Mario Boustani – a graduate of Texas University, 1978 – and Mrs. Lana El-Jor – a graduate of New York University, 1981.
Since then, Mr. Boustani & Mrs. El-Jor defined an unexplored area of the dental laboratory industry that had not been fully understood …created and implemented a demand of volume purchases of materials to negotiate better pricing from any specific vendor. Simply stated, purchasing volume equates to lower material cost which in turn creates competitive unit costs. These cost savings are passed on to our clients. PruDental Laboratories vision of “buying power” invented a cost-effective product while maintaining the finest materials available.
Mr. Fady Garabet was named as Chief Executive Officer of Prudental Laboratories in June 2002. Mr. Garabet brings to Prudental over 15 years of experience in management and leadership. Mr. Garabet held many management positions, most recently as the Chief Technology Officer at Infotrieve Inc. Mr. Garabet will take responsibility of planning and implementing the growth of the company, putting more emphasis on sales and marketing and investing in the latest technology, confirming the role of Prudental Laboratories as the market leader and the low cost leader in the Industry.
