ProceraŽ AllCeram
An all-ceramic single crown developed for every position in the mouth. Ideal for anterior and posterior applications!

Natural beauty
Vital, translucent esthetics and natural shade blending without opacity. Dark or discolored margins are eliminated.

Maximum Strength
Twice the flexural strength of any other all-ceramic restoration (687 MPa).

Optimal fit
Machined directly onto the die. No waxing, no investing, no casting and no distortion.

Easy Preparation & Cementation
Use conventional techniques. Only a 1 mm chamfer preparation is required; conventional or resin cements.

Experience
To date, more than 100,000 patients around the world have been treated with ProceraŽ.

You may visit the Nobel Biocare(tm) Procedure website.

Preparation
  • For Procera restorations, a tooth preparation of the chamber type is the optimum choice. The preparation design is analogous to the architexture of the natural tooth
  • Chamfer preparation is characterized by thinned margins and a cutting with rounded inner angles and edges
  • To attain optimum adaptation, the occlusal of posterior teeth should have a relatively flat surface topography
  • When it comes to preparation depth, the veneering potential of Procera AllCeram permits a variation in preparation depth of between 0.8 - 1.5 mm
  • For occlusal surface in general, and for Procera AllTitan in particular, the same reduction is recommended as for metal ceramics, depending on the clinical situation

    Cementation

The high flexure strength values of Procera AllCeram enables identical, rational cementing principles for all Procera restorations, adapted to the clinical situation more than to material:

  • Zinc phosphate cement could be used as for metal ceramics
  • Glass ionomer cement could be used when indicated
  • Composite cement (chemically hardening) may be appropriate at visible finish lines and when improved retention is needed
